MNS intelligent complete low-voltage switchgear is a complete low-voltage switchgear developed and manufactured by our company based on foreign advanced standards. It is applicable to AC 50 ~ 60Hz, rated voltage 380V/660V, rated working current up to 6300A for power distribution, motor control and capacitance compensation. Environmental conditions for use
The ambient air temperature shall not exceed + 40 ºC, and its average temperature shall not exceed + 35 ºC within 24 hours. The lower limit of the ambient air temperature is -10 ºC.
In atmospheric conditions, the air is clean, and its relative humidity is not more than 50% at a maximum temperature of + 40 ºC. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example, 90% at + 20 ºC. However, it should be taken into account that moderate condensation may occasionally occur due to changes in humidity.
No corrosive and explosive gas, no conductive and dust that can damage the insulation; no significant shaking or impact vibration, the vertical installation inclination is not more than 5 degrees.
The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 m.
The equipment is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: -25 ºC to + 55 ºC, and up to + 70 ºC in a short time (not more than 24h). The equipment shall not suffer any irreversible damage at these extreme temperatures and shall be able to work under normal conditions.
If the above conditions cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate to solve the problem.
When the equipment is used in offshore oil drilling and production platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement shall be signed.
Structural characteristics
The cabinet body adopts C-section modular assembly structure, which can form a power center, a motor control center and a capacitance compensation cabinet.
The internal functional units adopt standard fixed, plug-in and pull-out installation to facilitate the installation and maintenance of the whole system. The innovative conception and design ensure safe and reliable overall performance and first-class appearance.
The draw-out functional unit is designed with a set of obvious position marks such as closing, breaking, testing and draw-out, as well as mechanical positioning device and anti-misoperation function. The draw-out functional unit is divided into five size series: 1/4 unit, 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 2 units and 3 units (the drawer height of 1 unit is 200mm), and the circuit rated current is 630A and below.
Partition and sealing plate are used in the cabinet, and internal isolation form 1 ~ 4 and protection grade of IP30 ~ IP54 are provided to realize reliable protection and isolation. In order to ensure reliable grounding continuity and environmental protection requirements, the framework and internal metal components are made of galvanized steel plate.
Mature automation switch technology and standard open field bus are adopted to meet the requirements of centralized energy management and control, and provide standard interfaces for various building automation.
The plastic material selected in the MNS structure does not contain CFC or halogen, and has the functions of flame retardance and self-extinguishing. The novel MNS structure has more advantages.

Cabinet structure1.Frame
The frame is the load-bearing structure of the switch cabinet, which is composed of C profiles and steel plates connected with each other. The framework of MNS is accurate and stable in size. It is connected by self-tapping screws. Holes with a modulus of 25 mm are arranged around the framework for various expansion needs. The framework is made of aluminum-coated zinc plate or galvanized steel plate. The door panel is made of cold-rolled steel plate by spraying.2.Frame switch cabinet (inlet, outlet and bus coupler cabinet)
The frame structure of MNS frame switch can be divided into device chamber, bus chamber and cable chamber. There are functional unit components in the device chamber, busbar and distribution busbar in the busbar chamber, and incoming and outgoing cables in the cable chamber (upper and lower incoming and outgoing cables are acceptable). Partitions can be made between the functional units and between the chambers in the cabinet, and the internal partition can minimize the arc damage.3.Withdrawable switchgear
The draw-out switchgear can be divided into device chamber, busbar chamber and cable chamber. The device chamber is composed of multiple functional units. The functional unit is composed of two parts, namely, the withdrawable component itself and the component installation chamber. The components of the power unit and the control unit are withdrawable, and the standard specifications are 8E/4, 8E/2, 8E, 16E and 24E. Four 8E/4 and two 8E/2 modules can be installed horizontally in a 600mm wide unit cell with a module height of 8 E (200mm). The effective mounting height of each cabinet unit cell is 72 E.
The 8E/4 and 8E/2 draw-out module construction consists of a panel, insulating side panels, a rear cover with cable terminals, and one or two 20-core control line terminal mountings, depending on the requirements of the 8E/2.
Knock-off holes are provided on the instrument panel for installation of metering, operating and display devices. The operation of the main switch is realized by the handle installed on the instrument panel. The handle has the function of electrical interlocking. The electrical interlocking is completed by a microswitch with one normally open and one normally closed contact.
4.Rear outgoing line scheme
The rear outlet scheme of MNS system is specially designed to reduce the arrangement width of the switchgear. The main busbar of the rear outgoing line switch cabinet is horizontally installed on the top of the switch cabinet. The rear half of the cabinet is the cable chamber. The incoming and outgoing cables are connected from the cable chamber behind the cabinet. The front of the switchgear cabinet is the device chamber, where the functional units of the switchgear are installed. The system design moves the cable chamber on the side of the switch cabinet to the rear half cabinet, which greatly reduces the arrangement width of the switch cabinet to further meet the requirements of substation space layout.
The feeder cabinet is 600mm wide and 800mm or 1000mm deep. The top of the cabinet is an independent main busbar chamber, which is isolated from the device chamber. The effective installation height of the front device chamber is 72 E, which is isolated from the rear cable chamber by the multi-functional board, making full use of the installation space of the switch cabinet, with compact structure and flexible unit configuration. The cable chamber at the back is provided with a door, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.5.Busbar system
L1, L2, L3 phase busbar, busbar for protective conductor PE/PEN, or busbar for protective conductor and neutral conductor (PE + N) and busbar as auxiliary conductor if necessary.
The busbar can be used as a horizontal main busbar or a vertical distribution busbar.
Main busbar position: there are two main busbar positions.
