Overview
The GGD intelligent low-voltage switch distribution cabinet is applicable to the power distribution system with AC 50 Hz, rated working voltage 380V and rated working current up to 3150 A for power users such as substations, power plants, factories and mining enterprises, and is used for power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and power distribution equipment.

Structural characteristics
The cabinet body of GGD intelligent low-voltage switchgear distribution cabinet is in the form of universal cabinet. The frame is assembled by local welding of 8 MF cold-formed section steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated section steel manufacturer to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet body.
The parts of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle, and there are 20 mounting holes, so the universal coefficient is high. The factory can realize the pre-production. It not only shortens the production cycle, but also improves the work efficiency.
During the design of GGD intelligent low-voltage switchgear distribution cabinet, the problem of heat dissipation during the operation of the cabinet shall be fully considered. The upper end and the lower end of the cabinet body are provided with different numbers of heat dissipation slotted holes, when the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat rises and is discharged through the slotted holes at the upper end, and the cooling air is continuously supplemented into the cabinet from the slotted holes at the lower end, so that the sealed cabinet body forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, GGD intelligent low-voltage switchgear distribution cabinet adopts the golden section ratio method to design the cabinet shape and the division size of each part, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and elegant.
The cabinet door is connected with the frame by a rotating shaft type movable hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. A mountain-shaped plastic strip is embedded outside the folding edge of the door, and the embedding strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke when the door is closed, so that the direct collision between the door and the cabinet body can be prevented, and the protection grade of the door is improved.
Instrument doors equipped with electrical components shall be connected to the frame with multi-strand soft copper wires. The installation parts in the cabinet are connected with the frame by knurled screws, and the whole cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.
Polyester baking varnish is selected as the top coat of the cabinet, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is in matte tone, which avoids the dazzling effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.
The top cover of the cabinet body can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
The protection grade of the cabinet is IP30, and the user can also choose between IP20 and IP40 according to the requirements of the environment.
Normal service conditions:
Ambient air temperature is not higher than + 40 ºC and not lower than -5 ºC. The average temperature of 24H is not higher than + 35 ºC.
For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000 M.
Relative humidity of ambient air shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of + 40 ºC. Greater relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. (E.g. 90% at + 20 ºC) The effect of occasional condensation due to changes in temperature shall be taken into account.
When the equipment is installed, the inclination to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5%.
The equipment shall be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and in a place where electrical components are not corroded.

Installation and use
After the product arrives at the receiving place, it should first check whether the package is intact, and if any problem is found, it should promptly notify the relevant departments to find out the reasons. Products not to be installed immediately shall be placed in a suitable location as specified under normal conditions of use.
Installation of products
The product shall be installed according to the installation diagram. The foundation channel steel and bolts shall be prepared by the user. When installing the main busbar, the overlapping surface shall be repaired and cleaned, coated with neutral vaseline or other measures, and then fastened with bolts
After the product is installed, the following items shall be inspected and tested before it is put into operation.
A. Check whether the cabinet finish has fallen off and whether the cabinet is dry and clean.
B. Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible and free of clamping stagnation or excessive operating force.
C. Whether the on-off of main electrical appliances is reliable and accurate. Whether the on-off of auxiliary contact is reliable and accurate.
D. Whether the instrument indication and the change and polarity of the transformer are accurate.
E. Whether the busbar connection is in good condition, and whether the insulation support, installation parts and accessories are installed firmly and reliably.
F. Whether the auxiliary contact meets the requirements, whether the fuse core specification of the fuse is correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is accurate.
G. Whether the contact of the circuit meets the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.

Precautions for use
A. This product is generally not installed against the wall, single-sided (front) operation, double-sided door maintenance of low-voltage distribution cabinet. The maintenance channel and cabinet door of the product must be operated, inspected and maintained by qualified professionals.
B. The air circuit breaker, after many times of separation, will cause local burns of the main contact and produce carbon substances, which will increase the contact resistance. The air circuit breaker should be regularly maintained and overhauled according to its instructions.
